Ashish Kaushik & Associates, operating through the TaxLab platform (“TaxLab”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), respects the privacy of clients, users, businesses and other persons who communicate with us through our website, WhatsApp Business account, TaxLab WhatsApp Office system, or other communication channels.

Where our internal WhatsApp Office system is used, we may also record administrative information such as the staff member assigned to a conversation, department or status tags, follow-up status, internal workflow information and internal notes.

3. WhatsApp and Meta Services
Our communication systems may use services and APIs provided by WhatsApp and Meta Platforms, Inc.
Information transmitted through WhatsApp may therefore also be processed by WhatsApp or Meta in accordance with their respective terms, policies and applicable privacy practices.
TaxLab WhatsApp Office is intended to operate through authorised WhatsApp Business Platform functionality and is not designed to bypass WhatsApp security, access controls or device restrictions.
4. Access to Information
Information may be accessed by authorised employees, partners, consultants or staff members of Ashish Kaushik & Associates where such access is reasonably required for providing services, responding to communications, managing client work or carrying out administrative responsibilities.
Access may be allocated based on department, work assignment, responsibility or service requirement.
Internal notes created within TaxLab WhatsApp Office are intended solely for authorised internal users and are not transmitted to the WhatsApp recipient.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent personal information.
